About Me.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado and a nationwide sports performance coach, dedicated to building resilience and endurance in both life and sport.
In my clinical practice, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. I also have experience supporting those with OCD, BPD, suicidal ideation, self-harm and diagnosed eating disorders.
In addition to therapy, I offer performance coaching for athletes nationwide. My work with athletes—particularly endurance athletes and student-athletes—focuses on managing high-performance pressures, developing mental toughness, and learning strategies to thrive when faced with physical and mental challenges. Whether in the therapy room or in performance coaching, my goal is to help clients strengthen their ability to endure, adapt, and grow.
Background & Education
In addition to my private practice, I have experience as a school social worker and have worked in hospital settings within both the Cardiology and Trauma departments.
